Re: Which PM Certification?

Thanks everyone for the insightful info. I think I understand and if one can do it, PMI certification would be preferred.

Thanks, again.

Re: e-Commerce platform ?

There are too many solutions out there, as you said. I've done a bit of work with Drupal, Joomla and Shopify and I shopify the best. I felt it was much more straight forward to set up and modify, as our needs changed. Unless you have significant resources, I would advise against building an in-house...

Re: Scrum Metrics

Well, the metrics I am referring to had to do with measuring and comparing effectiveness of different scrum teams, among other things. I wish I could recall the source. They appeared to be really good.

Which PM Certification?

There appear to be a whole bunch of PM certifications and it's hard to decipher which one might be better. Lots of people have told me that the PMI PMP certification is the best, career-wise, but I have also heard that the Agile Professional certification is also good and there are also the Scrum Ma...

Scrum Metrics

A year or so ago I had seen some excel files that were used to get some real scrum metrics. I had never seen any such thing before and I was intrigued, but got involved with other things and never followed it up. I now want to get back to it, but can't find those excel files :-( Does anyone know the...

Any good Risk calculation resources for medical radiation?

I am looking for good sources/references in calculation risk for medical radiation, e.g. scanned proton beams. Anyone have any available?

Re: IAEA Safety Glossary

I downloaded and took a quick look and it's interesting that they even define A(0), A(1), etc. as the activities at various times. A bit too granular, don't you think?

Good (free?) FTA Software?

What software package would you recommend for someone who is starting in Fault Tree Ananysis? I did a quick internet search and got thousands of hits, but it would be impossible to make a decision based solely on the info on the internet. Some personal experience and guidance would go a long way. So...

There has been some work done in that area. Here is an article about using Nuclear Power for data centers. You might find it interesting.

Emergency Preparedness Guides

I am looking for any helpful documentation for Emergency Planning. No, I am not interested in Reg Guides, etc. - I can get those. I am looking more for "how-to" guides to address the Reg Guide requirements. I did a google search and got all sorts of hits, but I figured I would ask the expe...
