I believe glutony is referring to the tendency of adding too much to a project, "fixing" all the details of a project.

Bill, although I think what you posted is a good visual of the Agile process, I think when people talk about the agile triangle they are usually referring to something like this, below, I think.

Blarson, good descriptions, although in real life, the Architect may also serve other roles on a project.
