Re: Fukushime didn't stop nuclear growth

elen, that's smart language for saying, "I will discount any reports that agree with my point of view". Peer reviewed reports are reviewed by peers that usually have the same opinion on a subject. That's very different than *critically* reviewed reports that are usually reviewed by those w...

Re: Fukushime didn't stop nuclear growth

Really? Well, I think it should have stopped it, until we know more about radiation and its effects and how to manage these accidents. Why don't you take a look at these recent reports? Re: Low Radiation Still Harmfull

You may want to take a look at these reports, before you write off anything that doesn't fit your pre-conceived notions. Low Radiation doses may be MORE harmful. http://enenews.com/epidemiology-scientist-slower-you-spread-radiation-dose-the-more-effectively-it-produces-cancer-and-inherited-defects-j...

Re: AZ - Spent fuel Repository ??

The best thing would be to NOT produce any more spent fuel or additional rad waste! How would you like it if they decided to put such a facility in your state, may be 20 miles or so from *your* home? Great idea. Why don't we just give up electricity, give up automobiles, forget about fire, etc. and...

Re: AZ - Spent fuel Repository ??

The best thing would be to NOT produce any more spent fuel or additional rad waste! How would you like it if they decided to put such a facility in your state, may be 20 miles or so from *your* home? Nuclear is the only industry that keeps producing waste, even after they admit that they don't know ...

Re: More Fukushima Cs in Europe

I am not saying that I don't believe this, but in this age of misinformation proliferation we all need to be a bit more careful and not always take things at face value. There may be increased levels of Cs detected in Europe, but I'd rather see some more (independent ?) evidence and data as to the ...
