Re: Does TRIUS do Databases?

No, I don't think they they do any datacenter stuff. But, you can email them directly and ask them. It's that simple.

Re: Does TRIUS do Databases?

I din't mean to jump all over you like that, sorry. What exactly are you looking for? Are you looking for someone to host your large database(s)? If so, what sort of other criteria do you have? accessibility, bandwidth, redundancy, etc.? with some additional details others here may be able to help m...

Re: Does TRIUS do Databases?

Well, I have nothing to do with the company, but I haven't anything like that mentioned anywhere on their web page, so what would make you think they might and ask this question? For example, why didn't you also ask if the build homes or something other, totally out of context!

That's weird!

Re: Using As-Easy-As for DOS with Windows XP

I downloaded the file and took a quick look at it, but with all honesty, having to jump through hoops to get an old program running only to load a worksheet to do some financial analysis, is not really worth the effort, other than just for seeing such a relatively old system still work. I am sure th...

Re: Using As-Easy-As for DOS with Windows XP

Thanks for letting us know! As for uploading, you can just post a message here, in this forum with some sort of explanation, and attach the file to the message. That's all you should have to do. WKS files may not be allowed as uploads, you may want to zip it first. Or you can try it and see if the f...

Re: ASAWIN with Ubuntu

%^@$$#^, I tried it again, and it worked! I had wasted so much time trying to get it to run, a few months ago, it wasn't funny. I don't know what changed between then and now, but something must have. It's running fine now!

Thanks

Re: Using As-Easy-As for DOS with Windows XP

Have you tried downloading the latest version available for free here? The program was discontinued, but the company made the latest version 5.7 available for free to everyone. I would suggest you try that first, in case the memory management in 5.7 had been improved. BTW, if I recall, the size of t...

ASAWIN with Ubuntu

This thing has been driving me crazy. I have been trying to get ASAWIN to run on ubuntu with wine and I can't get by the installation. I actually can't get by the screen that needs the serial #.

Has anyone been able to run it on ubuntu? Any hints?

Re: Aseasy for Win and Windows 7

I just tried to install it on ubuntu 11 with wine, but I couldn't get past the registration screen. I would enter the registration number posted here and the registration dialog would keep popping up, no error or anything, I just couldn't get by the dialog :-(

Re: Aseasy for Win and Windows 7

Well, I am using the 32-bit windows, but I didn't have to do anything special to install or run the program! Maybe someone else here is running it with Win64, I don't know.
