The way I understand it, Agile is a general concept and there a number of Agile processes. However, 90% of the time people talk about Agile and Scrum as if the two terms are interchangeable. Isn't Scrum just *ONE* of the Agile processes? Why do people automatically thing Scrum, when they think Agile? Am I missing something?

I think most Agile projects out there are using scrum, that's why. I don't recall where, but I saw somewhere 75% of Agile projects are scrum.
