How do you determine Waterfall or Agile ?

Post by Scotty » Wed Aug 13, 2014 8:24 pm

Sorry if this has already been addressed, I searched but could not find a topic.

I see that many PMs think Agile is great, but some projects may be more suitable for waterfall style PM. How does one determine what style a project is more suitable for? Is there a guide or something?

Scotty, indeed this has been covered before. Take a look here: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=256&hilit=waterfall
