Yes, I remember the program being very well known and being written up in all mainstream computer magazines of the day. I don't know what happened to it afterwards. May be a law suit from Lotus, who was suing every compatible spreadsheet at the time ??

I think there were also a couple of books written on it by name authors, but I don't recall the details.

Anyway, indeed it was one of the programs that helped make spreadsheet modeling popular, as much as Lotus 1-2-3 had done.

Yeah, it could be a lawsuit, but most probably excel ate their lunch, as it did with every other spreadsheet program and just like MS-Word did with every other word processor - where is WordPerfect these days? :-(

It would be interesting to find out what happened, just from a historical perspective.
