North Andover, Mass. - July 1, 2005. TRIUS, Inc. announced forming a very close relationship with Undertow Software Corp., a Massachusetts Corporation.  According to the President, Paris Karahalios, Undertow Software Corp. just purchased some assets of Undertow Software, Inc. of Illinois, which includes mapping technology originally developed by TRIUS, so a close relationship makes good business sense.

The ultimate winners, of this transaction, of course, will be Undertow Software clients who will now have direct access to the developers of the technology, through this close relationship of the two companies.
